Welcome to mytro.pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mytro.pro website and any associated content, features, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
By accessing, browsing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use mytro.pro. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. mytro.pro is an online platform providing a diverse collection of free digital tools, utilities, and converters ("Tools"). These Tools are designed to assist users with various tasks such as data conversion, formatting, calculation, and other common online functions. The specific Tools available on mytro.pro may be added, removed, or modified at our sole discretion without prior notice. We strive to ensure the Service is available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation. All Tools are provided for general informational and utility purposes.
3. User Obligations and Conduct
You agree to use mytro.pro lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for any data, content, or information you input, upload, or process using the Tools ("User Content"). You agree not to:
a) Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
b) Upload, process, or transmit any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its related systems, or networks.
e) Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.
f) Use the Service to generate, distribute, or transmit malware, viruses, or any other destructive code.
g) Use the Tools for any high-risk activities where their failure or inaccuracy could lead to death, personal injury, or significant environmental or property damage.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor or review usage to enforce these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, layout, design, compilation of Tools, and all associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of mytro.pro and its licensors. The "mytro.pro" name and logo are trademarks of our service. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service or any content, except for the limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Service as expressly permitted by these Terms.
You retain any intellectual property rights you hold in the User Content you submit. However, by submitting User Content, you grant mytro.pro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit that User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the specific Tool you are using. We do not claim ownership of your User Content, and we do not store it for longer than is necessary to provide the Tool's functionality, unless otherwise stated for a specific tool.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall mytro.pro, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount of fifty US dollars (USD $50.00) or the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MYTRO.PRO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MYTRO.PRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
THE TOOLS ARE PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL AND UTILITY PURPOSES ONLY. THEY ARE NOT INTENDED TO PROVIDE LEGAL, FINANCIAL, MEDICAL, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. YOU SHOULD NOT RELY ON THE OUTPUT OF ANY TOOL AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR SUITABILITY OF THE RESULTS GENERATED BY THE TOOLS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless mytro.pro, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We also reserve the right to discontinue the Service or any Tool, or any portion thereof, at any time with or without notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
